Back in 2010 Vivo started as a family business between myself and my elder brother Bart.
Bart was already a seasoned property buyer in Belgium - our home country - and his property development company Potrell BVBA was growing quickly.
Our extended family are also active in the property industry, so we had years of experience, support and advice to lean on - we couldn’t have done it without them!
While our family were experts in the Belgian housing market, I was studying in London and saw that the city’s residents needed a faster and more efficient way to sell their houses without the hassle of agencies, middlemen and legal fees. I wanted to offer a more simple and straightforward way of selling property.
I knew that with my family’s knowledge and support we could really add value in London’s complex and slow-moving property market, and so Potrell London Ltd was born.
Of course, it didn’t stop there! Now with five years’ experience, expansion beyond London, and the addition of my husband Rupert to the team, we thought it was time to adopt a new name: Vivo. Together we’re better than ever!
We’re a small company, which means you are able to contact us directly. You can actually call us on our mobiles and we’ll answer with a smile – we’re not tied to ‘office hours’ like most estate agents or property buyers.
